Wayanad District is a district in the north-east of Kerala state, India with headquarters at the town of Kalpetta. Day 01: Wayanad

Arrive at Calicut and proceed to Wayanad. The vast stretches of mist - capped mountains green meadows of valleys, white water springs, blue water lakes and wild forest fabricate the splendid natural beauty of Wayanad. Wayanad's climate and geography make it ideal for the cultivation of coffee, tea, cardamom, pepper and rubber.

Day 02: Wayanad

After the breakfast full day sightseeing at Wayanad - Edakkal caves which is situated on the top of Ambukkuthimala with a view of three states as well as the spot has many carvings of stone age. After lunch visit Soojippara Waterfall one of the major spots in Wayanad. Located 29 km from Kalpetta in Wayanad district, this waterfall is one of the topmost attractions in Wayanad. The three tired waterfall, at a height of 300m is the biggest waterfalls in Wayanad and the second largest in Kerala. The name 'Meenmutty' derived from the concept that the fishes are blocked here. 'Meen' means 'fish' and 'Mutty' means 'blocked' and thus 'Meenmutty'. Overnight stay at hotel .

Day 03: Wayanad

After breakfast, visit Muthanga Wild Life Sanctuary, Pookot Lake , Sentinel Rock Water falls, Pazhassi Raja Tomb etc.. Overnight stays at hotel.

Day 04: Cheruthuruthy

After Breakfast Cheruthuruthy is home of The Kerala Kalamandalam, a cultural centre established in 1930 by Maha Kavi Vallathol to impart training in traditional art forms like Kathakali, Mohiniyattam, Thullal, Koothu, Drama and folk dances. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 05: Munnar

After breakfast and proceed to Munnar. Munnar, one of the most popular hill stations in India is situated at the confluence of three mountain streams - Mudrapuzha, Nallathanni and Kundala. Located at 1600 m above sea level, this was once the summer resort of the erstwhile British Government in South India. Sprawling tea plantations, picture book towns, winding lanes, trekking and holiday facilities make Munnar a unique experience. Enjoying the scenic beauty & the marvelous waterfalls, high mountains with the low flying clouds passing by. Arrive Munnar and check into hotel. In the evening you can visit tea gardens spread like a green carpet over hundreds of kilometers, lust green hills, a place so difficult to describe, very low popular too far from pollution, most of the covered by Tata tea. Day 06: Munnar

After breakfast go for sightseeing Munnar which includes the Raja Malai, a top peak of Munnar where you can see Neel Thar (mountain goats), Muttupetty dam, Indo Swiss project; you can also enjoy boating in the Lake (optional). Overnight stays at hotel.

Day 07: Thekkady

After breakfast checkout from hotel and drive to Thekkady Thekkady which is also known as Periyar. Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary is one of the world's most fascinating natural wildlife reserves. Enroute visit Devikulam, Signal view Point, Anayirangal Dam, Spice Plantations etc. Arrive and check in to hotel. Afternoon enjoys a boating at manmade lake and this is the only wild life sanctuary in India where you can have the unique experience of viewing wildlife at close from the safety of a boat on the lake. The probable animals to watch are Bison, Gaur, Wild Elephants, Sambhar and a wide variety of birds. Evening free for shopping Tea, Coffee, Spices, Antiques etc..Overnight

Day 08: Alleppy

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and Drive to Alleppey. Alleppey in Kerala is a beautiful backwater destination. Located on the picturesque Vembanad Lake Alleppey has to be seen to be believed. Alleppey consists of a cluster of islands which have been converted into a number of tourist resorts. The blue backwaters and the surface of Vembanad Lake reflect the azure sky. The amazing shades of green of the vegetation that include mangroves, coconut palms, and paddy fields cover the verdant countryside. Overnight stays at hotel .

Day 09: Kumarakom

After Breakfast Kumarakom is a cluster of little islands on the Vembanad Lake, and is part of the Kuttanad region. The bird sanctuary here, which is spread across 14 acres is a favorite haunt of migratory birds and an ornithologist's paradise. Egrets, darters, herons, teals, waterfowls, cuckoo, wild duck and migratory birds like the Siberian Stork visit here in flocks and are a fascinate the visitors.An enchanting backwater destination, Kumarakom offers visitors many other leisure options. Day 10: Cochin

Arrive at cochin International Airport, proceed to Cochin. This includes Fort Cochin, The Dutch Palace at Mattancherry, which is renowned for its wall murals depicting scenes from the Ramayana and The Jewish Synagogue at the heart of a town locally known as the Jew Town. Cochin also boasts of The St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India and The Santa Cruz Basilica, which was originally built in 1557 by the Portuguese. Another tourist attraction is the Chinese fishing nets which are huge cantilevered fishing nets believed to have been brought by Chinese traders to Cochin. Overnight stay at Hotel in Cochin.

Day 11: Cochin Drop

The blissful holiday in Kerala comes to an end today. Every moment of the trip was memorable but as all good things in life must come to an end it's time now to head for Cochin Airport and board the flight back home.
